Light.
I am grateful for when the light returns as the sun rises each day,
the light in my childrens' eyes, shining love and sweetness and innocence no matter what,
the lightness I feel after exercise, the high, the release, the exhaustion of having moved so much energy out,
the lights of the Christmas tree we put up today, bright company as night moves over our house
until the sun comes back again.
