3 Years in Phoenix

Today marks the 3 year anniversary of moving to Phoenix. I really thought we'd only be here for 2 years - but here we are 3 years later, with no indication of going elsewhere anytime soon.

It has been a very interesting 3 years - with lots of challenge and lots of growth. It seems those go hand in hand - the challenge and the growth!
